appointments are requested by email or instagram and confirmed by us directly. a time isn't held until you've had a confirmation back.

• cancelling or rescheduling. 24 hours' notice keeps your full credit. inside 24 hours, 50% of the booked service is charged. one room, one appointment per slot — a late cancel means an empty room.
• running late. we'll do what we can, but a late start may mean a shortened treatment so the next guest isn't pushed back.
• no-shows. a missed appointment without notice is charged in full.

the services offered here are esthetic skin treatments. they are not medical care, and nothing said in the studio or on this site is a diagnosis or medical advice. if something on your skin concerns you, please see a physician or dermatologist.

before your first visit, tell us about:

• skin conditions, allergies, or recent reactions
• medications and actives you're using — retinoids, acids, accutane in particular
• recent treatments, injectables, or procedures
• pregnancy or breastfeeding

some treatments aren't appropriate in these situations, and a few are unsafe. we may patch test, modify, or decline a treatment when it's the safer call — that judgment is part of the service, not an inconvenience.

skin is individual. results vary between people and between visits, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

the prices on the menu are the prices you pay. there are no add-ons applied at the desk.

payment is due at the time of your appointment. prices may change over time; the price quoted when you book is the price honoured for that visit.

gift cards are available in any amount, delivered electronically or as a printed card. they don't expire.

they aren't refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.

the writing, photographs, and design on this site belong to mei skin studio. please don't republish or reuse them without asking first.

we try to keep everything here accurate and current, but the site is provided as-is.
