The appointment request form on this website collects your name, email address, and, optionally, your phone number, treatment of interest, and preferred appointment times. Submissions are delivered directly to our studio email inbox. This information is not stored in a database and is not shared with any advertising or marketing service.

Please do not submit information regarding skin conditions, medications, or other health details through the form. This information is collected in person during your first visit.

Correspondence conducted by email or direct message is retained in order to respond to inquiries, process bookings, and maintain a record of skin history between visits.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically. The following technical information is collected automatically when you visit this website:

Pages visited and time spent on each page;
The referring website or search engine;
General geographic location, at the city or country level only; and
Browser and device type.

This information is reviewed in aggregate to evaluate website performance and is not used to create an individual profile of any visitor.

Booking and correspondence records are retained for as long as you remain a client of Mei Skin, and for a reasonable period thereafter, including as required for tax or insurance purposes. You may request earlier deletion of your information as set out in Section 5 below.
